Safety and Precautionary Measures
At All Seasons Tax and Accounting Services, the health and well-being of our clients, staff, and community is our number one priority. We appreciate the concerns and uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to addressing the needs of everyone as this situation evolves.
Below is a list of precautionary measures we are taking to address the matter at hand.
At this time, our office will remain open as we continue servicing the needs of our clients. For the safety of yourself and our staff, if you need to deliver documents to us, please Click Here to upload them online to our secure ShafeFile software.
If you are not able to submit them online, please drop them off by using our office dropbox which is located outside our building to the right of the entrance (see pictures below).
For our Payroll Clients that we deliver payments to by check, if you would like to take advantage of our direct deposit delivery option, we would be happy to set that up for you. Otherwise, we will no longer be reusing our delivery envelopes and are now using one-time envelopes that can be disposed of after you receive your checks.
The IRS has not yet announced that they will be extending the April 15th due date for returns, but keep in mind that we can always file an extension for your return which will allow for additional time to file, if necessary. However, please know that filing an extension will not alleviate any tax balance due on the April 15th deadline.
As always, please feel free to call our office if you have any questions or concerns. Protecting the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, our staff, and our communities from the Coronovirus outbreak is our primary concern. We will continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and will keep you informed as to any new developments.
You can reach us by calling at 231-714-9667 or emailing us to set up an electronic share-file for you at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Up North Center main doors are now locked during the day. If you are trying to see us, we ask that you call ahead to ensure that we are able to accommodate and to let you in the door. Otherwise, please drop your tax documents in the Client Dropbox which we will retrieve daily and continue working hard preparing tax returns.
We appreciate your understanding
